The team at Box-it South East would like to say a huge thank you to all those who recently participated in our Customer Survey. Delivering excellence in customer service is always our goal, and we do of course rely on the feedback we receive from our clients to help us on our journey of ‘continuous improvement’ – we are certainly never complacent.
Our survey brought with it some very favourable responses, with over 96% of our customers being ‘very satisfied’ with the document management services we provide.
While the majority of survey respondents use our document storage services here in Kent and our confidential document shredding service which is available to clients throughout the South East, the survey also captured the views of clients using our award-winning scanning and digital storage solutions, the latter of course being Omnidox.
We are delighted to say that 100% of respondents consider our team to be either extremely professional or professional, and similarly 100% felt that we are extremely or very responsive in dealing with requests, orders and enquiries.
Over 90% of customers were extremely satisfied with the speed and efficiency of our collection and delivery services while 9 out of 10 respondents said they would be extremely likely to recommend Box-it South East to a friend, which we know is praise indeed.
Some of the comments, included “Box-it South East provides an excellent service and we would highly recommend them.” Others said: “All of your staff, whether they work in admin or are the guys that collect the shredding, are extremely good at their jobs and friendly with it.” We had many similar comments supporting our Box-it South East personnel. “Friendly, helpful – we have been using Box-it South East for many years and have no complaints”. “Very efficient service, nothing is too much trouble.”
There were more specific questions too. We asked our document storage clients more in-depth questions about how they viewed our service. One such question was about the visibility and history of boxes/files being stored with us. 50% felt they had ‘excellent’ visibility of a box or file status and history, while a further 42% rated this as ‘very good’. This means that over 90% of our customers were very happy with this.
Communication also featured within the survey. Some 74% of customers feel we communicate well. We gave respondents the opportunity to suggest improvements (thank you to all those who did) and we of course will be analysing this in more detail to assess the feasibility of such suggestions.
