We provide confidential document shredding services to companies throughout Kent, South & South East London and East Sussex. Our service is very secure and gives you the peace of mind that your documents are being destroyed in a safe, monitored environment. We offer shredding services as part of a regular contract (we have some very competitive offers), or we are more than happy to accommodate your shredding needs as and when you require this service – ideal for those one-off shredding purges.
We can also provide you with any consumables you may need, such as shredding sacks.
How does Box-it South East’s shredding service work?
You call to book the service.
We can provide you with sacks to fill with your obsolete paperwork. The sacks come with barcoded security fasteners which you attach to each sack when full.
If you have a shredding contract with us, we can also provide wheelie bins and lockable consoles.
When your sacks/consoles are full, you call Box-it South East to organise collection.
We send our Box-it vans and drivers to collect your shredding consignment. (The vans are GPS tracked and our drivers are uniformed and employed by Box-it South East) The barcodes are scanned on collection and transported back to our secure shredding facility in Kent.
When your documents have been shredded, we issue you with a Certificate of Destruction.
The shredded paper is baled and taken away for recycling.
